How Does It Work?

BOOK A MEET & GREET

The first step is to get to know you and your pup. This is when we go over the process in detail and gather all the info we need about your pup and your preferences. You can book your free Meet & Greet right now, just click HERE.

RECEIVE INVITATION LINK

We’ll send you an invitation link to create your account on our platform - Time to Pet. That’s where all the booking, reports and payments are processed and posted.

  • What are your business hours?

    Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. We only offer services after 5 p.m., on weekends, or on Stat/Civic holidays upon availability. 

  • What is the time frame of your services?

    All services are booked into 2 hour time frames, where the service will begin within that period. For puppies under 16 weeks of age we will provide a 30 minute time frame for service to begin. When your pup reaches 16 weeks we will move them to a 60 minute time frame. When they reach 6 months we will move them to the 2 hour time frame. This is to help you with your house training.

  • Do you screen dogs?

    All dogs are screened for suitability into our group programs. Your dog must be well mannered and social. Not all dogs pass the screening.

  • How do you get access to our home?

    We do not keep possession of keys. Access to your home may include: key in a lockbox on the property, code to a door, or code to a garage.

  • Does my dog need to be vaccinated?

    All dogs must be current on all vaccinations. Please provide a copy at our Meet and Greet  and keep records up-to-date on the Time To Pet app.

  • Will my dog be on leash or off-leash?

    We offer off-leash hikes. For walks, all dogs are kept on leash unless in a designated off-leash area such as your backyard. Retractable leashes are not permitted. Please ensure a standard leash is available for your walkers. 

  • Do you cancel due to weather?

    We do NOT cancel services for weather such as rain, snow, or heat. However, we do modify the visit accordingly with the safety of your dog in mind. If your dog does not fare well in certain elements, please make the service change request to reduce the visit length with the appropriate notice.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    To cancel services please use the Time To Pet app. There is no charge for cancellations prior to 9 pm the night before the service. 50% of the rate is charged to cancellations after 9pm, and 100% of the rate is charged if cancellation occurs after 7 am the same day.
